Short Term Rental (STR) Design & Set Up
Our company specializes on short-term, mid-term rental property design services in the San Francisco Bay Area. We collaborate with our clients to create tasteful spaces with true wow factor for their AirBnB, Vrbo listing, or a corporate rental housing.
How we work:
After all updates, painting, and cleaning on the property have been completed, it is our time to set up the listing. We begin shopping, arrange deliveries and furniture assembly, and place all items in the house.
We arrange professional photography for your Airbnb or Vrbo listing, with an option of a full 3D walkthrough (Matterport).
When all the work is finished, you can begin to rent the property out on the short-term listing website of your choice or we will suggest one for you.
You are all set. It is time to start earning income!
We will visit your property for an initial walkthrough, take pictures and discuss the goals and styles you would like for your rental property.
We create a design plan and create a list of items essential for the place. We provide color consultation, potential updates recommendations, suggest furniture, electronics, and accessories selection that will best suit the rental property.
How long will it take?
Depending on the size of the property, we will need anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks to complete the project.
