Our staging fits everybody's budget:
VACANT HOMES:
Full Staging®
Typically, the whole house is staged. We suggest that your house is staged one week before the open house. The whole process usually takes one to two days.
Partial Staging®
Basic Staging for home owners with moderate budgets. We stage only the most important rooms of the house which are the living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and master bathroom.
OCCUPIED HOMES:
Redesign:
We rearrange your furniture to create an open and inviting look. Most sellers typically have more than is needed for staging. If necessary, we provide you with own furniture and accessories for a small fee.
Staging® Consultation
Want to do it yourself? We can walk through your property and give you recommendations on how to create the best selling look with your own furniture and accessories. Our own inventory is available for rent to you for a reasonable fee.
Move-in Staging®
After you move into your new house, we can stage it for living! Many of our clients ask after they see their first house staged if we could do the same in their new home. Absolutely! What you see can be easily done in your new place too.

We provide services in Santa Clara, San Mateo and San Francisco Counties.
FEES
We will come to your house and give you a FREE estimate. Every house is different and the cost of staging varies depending on the size of the home, the amount of staging required, furnishings rented, and time involved. Typically, staging can range anywhere from $500 to $5,000. Our fee includes FREE two moth rent.
